Consultations
At the time of this consultation, we will discuss your lifestyle needs, food allergies, health concerns and overall palette tolerable for certain foods. We will map out a list of items that you will purchase at your local grocery store to begin your meal prep journey to complete on your own. There are two consultations slots: 30 minutes or 1 hour. Private Cooking Classes
Whether you are wanting an in home experience or a virtual cooking party, let's set the vibe! Classes range from 30 minutes - 1 hour sessions.
