When Chef Janel Fields began to see family member's health declining, along with her own, she realized a change was needed. Optimal health is what we are all striving for. Fields began to alter her cooking methods by reducing or eliminating certain ingredients, like dairy, from her dishes. Fields quickly won people over with her results and her own personal progress. What sets Fields apart from other chefs is that she is constantly improving her services and diversifying pallets, allergies and health concerns. It brings her joy to be able to present new food experiences for anyone open to a healthier change in their lifestyle. The satisfaction in knowing Fields' services are producing results gives her happiness. 'My purpose is fulfilled!'
